WaildWorld has implemented a policy to terminate, at its sole discretion and in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who violate the intellectual property rights of WaildWorld or any third party, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable laws.

The Site may contain Interactive Areas such as discussion forums, blogs, chat rooms, message boards, or online hosting or storage services where you or third parties can create, post, or store content, messages, comments, materials, or other items on the Site. You are solely responsible for your use of such Interactive Areas and agree to use them at your own risk. WaildWorld takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, nor is WaildWorld liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter. Registration Data and Account Security

Indemnification
WaildWorld requires you to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, third-party information providers, and independent contractors from any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to any User Content that you post, store, or otherwise transmit on or through the Site, your conduct, your use or inability to use the Site, your breach or alleged breach of the Site Terms or any representation or warranty contained herein, your unauthorized use of the WaildWorld Content, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination
WaildWorld reserves the right to terminate your account and/or block your use of the Site at its sole discretion and without prior notice, regardless of any other provisions in these Site Terms.
Miscellaneous Provisions
WaildWorld will only consider any waiver of the Site Terms if it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of WaildWorld. If any provision of these Site Terms is deemed unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. WaildWorld reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Site Terms.
Changes to Site Terms
